ترجمة الآية 3 من سورة Al-Buruj - English - سورة البروج : عدد الآيات 22 - - الصفحة 590 - الجزء 30.

﴿ وَشَاهِدٖ وَمَشۡهُودٖ ﴾
[ البروج: 3]

﴿ ترجمة: وشاهد ومشهود ﴾

And by the witnessing day (i.e. Friday), and by the witnessed day [i.e. the day of 'Arafat (Hajj) the ninth of Dhul-Hijjah];


English - Sahih International

And [by] the witness and what is witnessed,

Tafheem-ul-Quran by Syed Abu-al-A'la Maududi

*3) The conunentators have expressed many different views about "the seer" and "that which is seen". In our opinion what fits in well with the context is that the seer is every such person who will witness the Day of Resurrection and that which is seen is the Resurrection itself, the dreadful scenes of which will be seen by aII This is the view of Mujahid. 'Ikrimah, Dahhak, lbn Nujaih and some other conunentators.
