﴿ تَنَزَّلُ ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذۡنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمۡرٖ ﴾
[ القدر: 4]
﴿ ترجمة: تنـزل الملائكة والروح فيها بإذن ربهم من كل أمر ﴾
Therein descend the angels and the Ruh [Jibrael (Gabriel)] by Allah's Permission with all Decrees,

The angels and the Spirit descend therein by permission of their Lord for every matter.

(97:4) The angels along with the Spirit *3 descend in it by the permission of their Lord *4 with all kinds of decrees.
