﴿ إِنَّ شَرَّ ٱلدَّوَآبِّ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ فَهُمۡ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ ﴾
[ الأنفال: 55]

﴿ ترجمة: إن شر الدواب عند الله الذين كفروا فهم لا يؤمنون ﴾

Verily, The worst of moving (living) creatures before Allah are those who disbelieve, - so they shall not believe.

English - Sahih International

Indeed, the worst of living creatures in the sight of Allah are those who have disbelieved, and they will not [ever] believe -

(8:55) Surely the worst moving creatures in the sight of Allah are those who definitively denied the truth and are therefore in no way prepared to accept it;
