﴿ ٱللَّهُ يَصۡطَفِي مِنَ ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةِ رُسُلٗا وَمِنَ ٱلنَّاسِۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ سَمِيعُۢ بَصِيرٞ ﴾
[ الحج: 75]
﴿ ترجمة: الله يصطفي من الملائكة رسلا ومن الناس إن الله سميع بصير ﴾
Allah chooses Messengers from angels and from men. Verily, Allah is All-Hearer, All-Seer.
English - Sahih International
Allah chooses from the angels messengers and from the people. Indeed, Allah is Hearing and Seeing.

(22:75) Allah chooses His Messengers from among the angels and also from among the human beings (to convey His decrees). *124 He hears everything and knows everything.
