سورة غافر الآية رقم 77 : ترجمة English
ترجمة الآية 77 من سورة Ghafir - English - سورة غافر : عدد الآيات 85 - - الصفحة 475 - الجزء 24.
﴿ فَٱصۡبِرۡ إِنَّ وَعۡدَ ٱللَّهِ حَقّٞۚ فَإِمَّا نُرِيَنَّكَ بَعۡضَ ٱلَّذِي نَعِدُهُمۡ أَوۡ نَتَوَفَّيَنَّكَ فَإِلَيۡنَا يُرۡجَعُونَ ﴾
[ غافر: 77]
﴿ ترجمة: فاصبر إن وعد الله حق فإما نرينك بعض الذي نعدهم أو نتوفينك ﴾
So be patient (O Muhammad SAW), verily, the Promise of Allah is true, and whether We show you (O Muhammad SAW in this world) some part of what We have promised them, or We cause you to die, then it is to Us they all shall be returned.
English - Sahih International
So be patient, [O Muhammad]; indeed, the promise of Allah is truth. And whether We show you some of what We have promised them or We take you in death, it is to Us they will be returned.
Tafheem-ul-Quran by Syed Abu-al-A'la Maududi
(40:77) So be patient, *105 (O Prophet). Surely Allah's promise is true. Whether We show them a part of the woeful consequences against which We warn them (while you are still in their midst) or We recall you (from this world) before that, eventually it is to Us that they shall be brought back. *106

*105) That is, "You should have patience at what those people say and do, who arc opposing you by disputation and wrangling and want to defeat you by mean devices."
*106) That is, "It is not necessary that We should punish every such person who has tried to harm you, in this world and during yow lifetime. Whether a person receives his punishment here or not, he cannot in any case escape Ow grasp: he has to return to Us after death. Then he will receive full punishment of his misdeeds."
