﴿ قَالَ رَبِّ فَأَنظِرۡنِيٓ إِلَىٰ يَوۡمِ يُبۡعَثُونَ ﴾
[ الحجر: 36]

﴿ ترجمة: قال رب فأنظرني إلى يوم يبعثون ﴾

[Iblis (Satan)] said: "O my Lord! Give me then respite till the Day they (the dead) will be resurrected."

English - Sahih International

He said, "My Lord, then reprieve me until the Day they are resurrected."

(15:36) At this he requested, "My Lord! then give me respite till that Day when mankind shall be resurrected."
