ترجمة الآية 4 من سورة Al-hajj - English - سورة الحج : عدد الآيات 78 - - الصفحة 332 - الجزء 17.
﴿ كُتِبَ عَلَيۡهِ أَنَّهُۥ مَن تَوَلَّاهُ فَأَنَّهُۥ يُضِلُّهُۥ وَيَهۡدِيهِ إِلَىٰ عَذَابِ ٱلسَّعِيرِ ﴾
[ الحج: 4]
﴿ ترجمة: كتب عليه أنه من تولاه فأنه يضله ويهديه إلى عذاب السعير ﴾
For him (the devil) it is decreed that whosoever follows him, he will mislead him, and will drive him to the torment of the Fire. [Tafsir At-Tabari]
English - Sahih International
It has been decreed for every devil that whoever turns to him - he will misguide him and will lead him to the punishment of the Blaze.

(22:4) concerning whom it has been decreed that he will mislead whoever takes him for a friend and will show him the way to the torment of Hell.
