﴿ فَمَا ٱسۡتَطَٰعُواْ مِن قِيَامٖ وَمَا كَانُواْ مُنتَصِرِينَ ﴾
[ الذاريات: 45]

﴿ ترجمة: فما استطاعوا من قيام وما كانوا منتصرين ﴾

Then they were unable to rise up, nor could they help themselves.

And they were unable to arise, nor could they defend themselves.
