ترجمة الآية 40 من سورة Al-Anbiya’ - English - سورة الأنبياء : عدد الآيات 112 - - الصفحة 325 - الجزء 17.

﴿ بَلۡ تَأۡتِيهِم بَغۡتَةٗ فَتَبۡهَتُهُمۡ فَلَا يَسۡتَطِيعُونَ رَدَّهَا وَلَا هُمۡ يُنظَرُونَ ﴾
[ الأنبياء: 40]

﴿ ترجمة: بل تأتيهم بغتة فتبهتهم فلا يستطيعون ردها ولا هم ينظرون ﴾

Nay, it (the Fire or the Day of Resurrection) will come upon them all of a sudden and will perplex them, and they will have no power to avert it, nor will they get respite.

English - Sahih International

Rather, it will come to them unexpectedly and bewilder them, and they will not be able to repel it, nor will they be reprieved.

(21:40) For that catastrophe will occur all of a sudden and will overpower them so abruptly that they shall neither be able to ward it off nor shall they get any respite.
